Order Processing & Shipping
  • Therametics accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Please be sure to include the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • UPS Ground & UPS 2nd Day take 1-2 business day to process after order is placed.
  • USPS takes 1-2 business days to process after an order is placed.
  • "Free Shipping"  takes 1-3 business days processing after both Confirmation and Processing Emails are received (generally no more than 2 business days).
  • UPS and USPS pick up shipments at the end of each business day.

How will my order be shipped?

Free Shipping: We offer FREE Shipping on all orders over $250. These orders have a 5-7 business day estimated arrival time and are shipped by the carrier of our choice. However, these orders do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping may exceed 7 days. 

UPS Ground Shipping: Our preferred shipping method. By selecting this method your order is expected to arrive within 2 – 5 business days.

UPS 2-Day Express Shipping: Our fastest and most efficient method of shipping is UPS 2 – day Express. By selecting this method of shipping you will receive your order within 2 days

*Please note that delivery times do not include the initial 24-hour order processing window or weekend delivery. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or any major holidays.

Therametics is not liable for UPS or USPS delays due to weather.

Do you offer overnight shipping?
Not at this time. If you need an item quickly, we recommend express delivery! 

How do I know the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your item starts being processed you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account at therametics.com.

 Make sure to add info@shopriffraff.com to your email contact list to ensure the confirmation and tracking emails arrive to your inbox safely.

If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to Therametics. This amount will be deducted from your product refund.

If a shipment is returned to sender you will receive an email notifying you. You have 14 days after the email is sent to respond to us, Therametics, before your order goes through the returns process for a refund. 

  • To have your items re-shipped we will send you an for the cost of postage. We do not offer our Free Shipping option for these packages.
