We offer no-hassle easy returns. Please read our return policy and use our return form to proceed with a return.

PRICE CHANGES

Therametics usually hold the line on prices for one year. However, sometimes our costs change, so we reserve the right to change prices accordingly. The most current prices are reflected on our website, www.therametics.com. 

RETURN POLICY

Within the First 45 Days
Return any product with a minimum for 50% remaining for a prompt, courteous refund.

After 45 Days and up to 90 Days

Unopened products can be refunded, less a 20% restocking fee.

After 90 Days

Returns will not be accepted.

Exceptions

Custom orders or Adverse Reactions.


REFUND REQUIREMENTS:

1. Returned product must have 50% of the original product remaining in the bottle or tube. 2. A sales receipt or other proof of purchase must accompany returned item.                      3. Returned products should be in good condition, unless the reason for return is that the        product was damaged during shipment. No refunds will be issued for products missing        parts. 

 Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products


REFUND TIMELINE

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerserivce@therametics.com.or call 405-319-8130.
REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS
  • If you are returning a product that is in defective or damaged packaging, we will send you a replacement for the same product that is returned.
SHIPPING RETURNS

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUND PROCESSING
  • Returns are processed within 2-5 business days of placement
