RETURN POLICY

We offer no-hassle easy returns. Please read our return policy and use our return form to proceed with a return.

Within 30 days of purchase, return any product along with a receipt or other proof of purchase for a prompt, courteous refund. All returned products much contain a minimum of 50% of the original product. No refunds will be issued for products returned less than half full. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. If you have purchased one of DermaMedics' Kits, each product in the kit must contain a minimum of 50% of its original amount to receive a refund. 

RETURNS BECAUSE OF AN ALLERGIC REACTION;

In the rare event that you have a allergic reaction to one of our products, we will promptly refund your purchase even if  your request for a refund occurs more than 30 day after the purchase date. However, 50% or more of the bottle or tube contents must must still remain in the product, and a doctors report or other proof of an allergic reaction must accompany the returned product. 

REFUND REQUIREMENTS:

1. Returned product must have 50% of the original product remaining in the bottle or tube. 2. A sales receipt or other proof of purchase must accompany returned item.                      3. Returned products should be in good condition, unless the reason for return is that the        product was damaged during shipment. No refunds will be issued for products missing        parts. 

 Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products


REFUND TIMELINE

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS
  • If you are returning a product that is in defective or damaged packaging, we will send you a replacement for the same product that is returned.
SHIPPING RETURNS

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUND PROCESSING
